We understand that speed matters. We want to provide you with your loan as fast as you need it and you can help speed up the process by providing us with the documents we need.

Proof of income

As a responsible lender, we will only ever lend you what you can afford to repay. You must provide your most recent 90 days of bank account statements showing your proof of regular income and transactions. The account must be direct debit enabled and in your name.

Proof of identity

We value your privacy and security. To make sure you are over 18 years old and you are who you say you are; we need to see valid photo ID, ideally:

• Driver’s Licence
• Passport

Proof of address

To be eligible for a Cash Converters loan you must be a New Zealand citizen or resident. You will need to provide a recent document that has your name and address on it such as:

• Utility bill (e.g. SKY, Electricity, Phone)
• Tenancy agreement/home loan statement

Contact information

Communication is key and we will need to know how to get in contact with you. You need to supply:

• A telephone number that you are contactable on
• An email address that you are contactable on
• Two alternative contacts who are willing and able to be contacted by us in order to complete your application
